In 2002, this work was reallocated to the National Museum of Wales, Item Number NMW A 25821. The National Museum entry includes the following text: It is a landscape based on an area called Cwm Nante in Six Bells where Selway grew up. The black is a reference to the coal tips. The artist acknowledges the influence of the artist Sandra Blow in this work.
