Content: Cilmeri comprises 6 photographic works, each showing a picture of an individual in military-style dress, set against an atmospheric autumnal background. These men were members of the Free Wales Army, and the work invites reflections on the history and politics of Wales since the time of the FWA campaign - the 1960s and much earlier too, Cilmeri being the site of the assassination of the last Welsh Prince of Wales, Llywelyn ap Gruffudd in 1282. It is also highly topical as it follows the effect of the Scottish referendum across the UK in 2014.
