Notes: Shani Rhys James is the most celebrated painter of her generation in Wales. She won the Gold Medal at the Eisteddfod in 1992 and the Jerwood Prize in 2003. She was awarded an MBE in 2006. This work is one of three prints she produced for the CASW 70th Anniversary Print Portfolio project.
