Y Morgrugyn Coff (The Lame Ant) is a book of seven stories from Y Mabinogi introduced, abridged and illustrated by Shirley Jones. It was handmade and produced in a limited edition of 40 copies by her at her Red Hen Press, with 7 illustrations in mezzotint, aquatint, and relief etching. The book, consisting of 52 unnumbered pages, was issued in a cloth box measuring 41 cm. The work looks at the past for inspiration but is clad in reactions to the heritage in a highly contemporary manner.
